Longevity Workshops
We believe that longevity isn’t just about training hard—it’s about exploring different ways to move, recover, and stay strong for the long run. That’s why each month, we open our doors for a community workshop where you can try something new, connect with others, and learn practical skills you can bring into your everyday life. You’ll get the chance to experience different training styles—like yoga, kettlebell training, self-defence, mobility work, and more—all guided by coaches and instructors who love sharing their craft. These sessions are designed to give you a feel for the techniques and equipment we use in the gym, while showing you how they can support your energy, confidence, and longevity. And because we want these workshops to be accessible to everyone, they’re offered on a “pay what you feel comfortable” basis. Come as you are, contribute what feels right, and leave with tools that help you move and live better. Join us each month, meet some great people, and discover new ways to build strength that lasts a lifetime.
